This was the most challenging day at work so far. Holy. Student breakdowns, rocketing down halls, presenting on the fly, and tensions about employee involvement in student organizations. Oh man.
I suddenly felt like my parents, rattling on about job stress during my drive home. “Student services are for support, but there’s a point where an employee can’t be involved anymore. Certain individuals don’t understand it’s not our responsibility…” Blah blah blah blah…
Not sure how I feel about this.
